Augusta, GA – Border Bowl XI, presented each January by WJBF NewsChannel 6, features the top high school senior football players in the CSRA region of Georgia against their counterparts from South Carolina.

Border Bowl XI will be played on January 13, 2024, at Burke County High School at 1:00 p.m.

Evans High coach Barrett Davis and Barnwell High coach Brian Smith have been named head coaches for Team Georgia and Team South Carolina, respectively, for Border Bowl XI.

Strom Thurmond High School participants include players Quan Edmond, Michael Blocker, Demarius Tolen, HD Yonce, Nate Nordeen, Darius Simpkins, Jamaris “JuJu” Stevens and Tre Clark, along with STHS cheerleaders Anslee Riley, Elizabeth Holmes and Krystal Waldo.

Tickets are $10 in advance and $15 the day of the game. Parking is free.
